These Crockpot honey mustard pork chops are a simple and low-effort way to get a tasty hot dinner on the table that the whole family will love.
Add all ingredients except for the pork chops and cornstarch to a bowl and whisk/stir them together until combined. Pour it into your Crockpot.
Add the pork and give it a stir to ensure that the pork is mostly covered (ok if it's not all totally submerged in the sauce).
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
Mix the cornstarch with the cold water and add it to the Crockpot about 15 minutes or so before serving. Stir it in and then put the lid back on your slow cooker and let the sauce thicken up a bit, then serve.
