Servings: 12 see note
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Add the sauce ingredients to a medium bowl and stir together until smooth. Taste and adjust if needed (e.g. add more lime juice, sriracha, or salt). Refrigerate until needed. The flavors will meld the longer it sits. The sauce will keep for 5 days in the fridge in a covered container.
- This sauce makes enough for about 12 tacos, but it really depends on how much sauce you put on each taco. It makes about a cup in total and will easily feed 4 adults.
- As written, this sauce isn't particularly spicy, even with the sriracha. You can always add more than suggested to kick it up a notch.
