Simple Kiwi Margarita Recipe
This kiwi margarita recipe is refreshing, tart, slightly sweet, and perfect for cooling off all summer! It comes together quickly in your blender.
- 4 kiwis peeled
- 2 ounces tequila
- 2 ounces triple sec (I used Cointreau)
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- Salt for rimming the glass
Peel your kiwis and add them to a blender.
Add the tequila, triple sec, and lime juice to the blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
Rim your glasses and add the ice.
Pour the drink mixture into the glasses. Enjoy immediately.
- I used Maldon sea salt flakes to rim the glasses in the photos. You could also use specialty margarita rimming salt.
