Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces rhubarb juice (e.g. from stewed rhubarb you've used to make a pie or crumble with)
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • Spicy ginger beer
  • Lime wedge

Instructions

  • Fill mule mug halfway with ice.
  • Add in the rhubarb juice and vodka. 
  • Top up with spicy ginger beer. 
  • Give the drink a stir and add a lime wedge if desired. Enjoy immediately.
