- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper see note
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt or kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Use regular paprika, smoked paprika, or a combo of regular and smoked paprika.
- This recipe has some kick as written. If you're more sensitive to spice, be sure to decrease the amount of cayenne pepper.
