Add the butter, tomato paste, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, garlic, and red pepper flakes to a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Once the butter melts, cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring often.
Add in the wine and let it bubble for about one minute, then stir in the chicken broth, cream, and gnocchi.
Bring it to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to medium and cover the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in the chicken, parmesan, and basil, and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until the gnocchi is tender, the chicken is heated through, and the sauce thickens to your liking.
Season with salt & pepper as needed and enjoy immediately!
