Method 1:
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 parts olive oil
- 1 part lemon juice
- Smoked paprika to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method 2:
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 parts olive oil
- 1 part balsamic vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method 3:
- 1/2 avocado
- 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/8 teaspoon dried dill
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 5 kalamata olives pitted and halved
Method 4:
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayo
- 1/2 spring onion chopped
Method 1:
Squeeze lemon juice into avocado half (I do less than 1/2 a lemon), and then top with olive oil (approx. double the quantity of lemon juice). Add a pinch of smoked paprika and salt and pepper, to taste.
